Careers

Small team, early programme.
Three roles are open.

We are preclinical. That means the work is unglamorous, the results are not guaranteed, and the person who joins now shapes what the dataset looks like. Three roles are open.

Computational Scientist

Build the scoring layer. Natural-product chemistry sits outside the training data of most public prediction models. Correcting that is the job.

  • Work with high-resolution mass spectrometry data through target prediction and pathway mapping
  • Calibrate developability models against measured natural-product data rather than synthetic priors
  • Rank candidates against the biology of this specific disease, and re-weight on what the bench returns
  • Report which predictions held and which did not

Formulation Scientist

Own the oral formulation of the lead analogue, from first candidate to the dosing forms used in our animal studies.

  • Develop oral formulations for each lead analogue as it is selected
  • Run solubility, stability and release studies, and interpret what they mean for dosing
  • Prepare dosing formulations for the animal studies
  • Build the formulation section of the data package for pharma partners

Biochemist

Run the assays that decide which analogues go forward: every new molecule tested against its parent, in triplicate.

  • Design and run cell-based and enzyme inhibition assays on each new analogue
  • Run dose-response and in-vitro safety testing
  • Characterise the purity and identity of the molecules we make
  • Work alongside third-party CROs on study design and data interpretation

How to apply

Send a CV and a short note on which role and why, to partnerships@earthpharm.in. No cover letter template required. Tell us what you have actually built or measured.

We read every application. If your background sits between these three descriptions, write anyway and say so.
