Who we are

What we collect, and why

Newsletter

If you subscribe through the form in the footer, we collect your email address. We use it for one purpose: sending occasional updates on the preclinical programme. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own use. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.

Evidence-package requests

If you request access to the evidence package, we collect your name, organisation, email address and the purpose you select. We use these to assess the request and reply to it. They are stored in our email system and, if the conversation progresses, in our records of that conversation.

Server logs

Our host records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp), as every web server does. This is used for security and for aggregate traffic counts. We do not combine it with the form data above to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or rent personal data. There is no circumstance in which we would.
• We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.
• We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive personal data through this site.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers, each for a single defined purpose:

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and bot protection. Processes request data as described above.
• Resend: email delivery and the newsletter subscriber list. Holds the email addresses submitted through the newsletter form, and delivers the messages generated by the evidence request form.

These providers may process data outside India. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete the record. Evidence requests and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as there is a live business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. You can also withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time, either through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Write to partnerships@earthpharm.in and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to explain why you are asking.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the subscriber list and to request correspondence is limited to the founding team. We keep the surface small on purpose: this site holds no database of its own, and no account system.

Changes

If the data flows on this site change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top moves. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data already collected.
